Originally designed for owner/occupant IBM, The Atrium offers tenants power redundancy supplied from three independent power grids, outstanding building infrastructure, sky-lit open common areas, an adjacent 750 car parking structure and an on-site children’s day care operation. The Atrium, a core-plus investment where we have implemented a series of impactful building improvements, is owned in partnership with a group of large family offices.
