11 Avenue de Lafayette is a 5-story, 58,000 SF boutique brick and beam building located in the heart of downtown Boston. The building has been owned and maintained by a non-profit for the past 20+ years and they have managed it exceptionally. MCRE plans to build on the previous ownership’s first-class stewardship by rebranding and reintroducing the building to the market. Plans for the building include: a new entry and lobbies in the front and rear, cosmetic improvements to corridors and restrooms, as well as exposing many of the wood and brick features of the original construction in tenant spaces.
