110 Chauncy Street

110 Chauncy Street is an 8-story, 80,000 SF architecturally significant, “jewel box” office building located in the heart of downtown Boston. Originally built in 1899 as a textiles manufacturing facility, the building embodies much of what creative tenants seek, including spherical columns, high and vaulted ceilings, expansive window line, and ornate architectural features. As part of the closing, MCRE has entered into a long-term lease with Sasaki Associates, a global architectural firm, to lease the entirety of the 2nd to 8th floors. Designated as landlord’s architect, Sasaki will lead the design and buildout of its new office interiors and private roof deck, in addition to working with MCRE to redesign other elements of the building, including the lobby, amenities, entryway, and other common areas.
